For dating we recommend keeping the data that blocks banned users. Photos, video and verification data are then kept for 30 days, and the face template and the device fingerprint hash for 12 months, so banned users and duplicate accounts can be caught. Consent records are kept as long as the law requires. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold. The Security page has the details.
